- Treatment does not replace diagnosis or treatment by a medical doctor.
- If you have severe pain, numbness, fever or symptoms with no clear cause, please see a doctor first.
- Please tell me before treatment about any medical conditions, medication or possible pregnancy.
- Results vary from person to person.
Privacy policy
Ryota Suzuki (“I”) handles the personal data you share for consultations and treatment with care, in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Belgian law.
1. Data controller

2. What I collect and why
- What you send by Instagram DM
- Your name or account name, your question, where you are, when suits you. Used to reply, arrange appointments, and provide treatment and follow-up.
- Information about your body
- Pain, symptoms, injuries and medical history. Health data is a special category of data: I use it only for your treatment and follow-up, with your explicit consent.
- Booking and payment records
- Used to issue and keep invoices and other records required by law.
I never sell or pass your personal data to third parties for advertising or marketing.
3. Legal basis
- Providing consultations and treatment (performance of a contract, or steps before one)
- Health data: your explicit consent (you can withdraw it at any time)
- Accounting records: legal obligation
4. How long I keep it
Consultation and treatment data is kept for a set period after your last session (period coming soon), then deleted. Accounting records are kept for the period required by Belgian law. You can ask me to delete your data at any time, except what I must keep by law.
5. This website
- Hosting (Cloudflare)
- Cloudflare, Inc. processes data such as your IP address to deliver and protect the site. Your country is used to choose the display language (it is not stored).
- Cookies
- Only when you switch language manually, a cookie (lang, 1 year) remembers your choice. It is used for display only; there are no advertising or tracking cookies.
- Instagram posts (Behold)
- The posts under “What I've been up to” are shown through Behold (behold.so). When the images load, your IP address is sent to Behold's servers.
- Fonts (Google Fonts)
- Text is displayed with Google Fonts. When the fonts load, your IP address is sent to Google's servers.
- Instagram (Meta)
- DM conversations take place on Meta Platforms' service, and Meta's privacy policy also applies.
No analytics tools are used. Some of these providers are outside the EU (for example in the US); data is transferred under mechanisms recognised by the EU, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect use before withdrawal). Just send me a DM or an email.
If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données, dataprotectionauthority.be).

Any changes to this policy will be posted on this page.
