Approach

How I work

Professional standards
For years I managed players' condition every day in Japanese pro football. Pro or not, I look at your body with the same standards.
Assess the movement, then needle
I assess how you move, then use acupuncture to release muscle tension. You leave with self-care to keep it from coming back.
Care in your language
Explaining what hurts in a second language is hard. I work in English, and in Japanese for those who feel more at home with it.

Education

Teaching the next
generation, too.

Passing on what I learned
at the pitchside.

I have taught classes and hands-on sessions for future athletic trainers. Putting field know-how into clear words also helps me explain things to athletes and clients.

What your first message could look like

Hi! I work at a desk all day and get stiff shoulders and headaches. I live in Belgium and would like to try a session on a weekday evening. How much does it cost?

I play football in Belgium and I'm coming back from a hamstring strain. Could you help with my rehab?

It helps to mention what's bothering you, where you are, when suits you, and your language (English or Japanese).
